Questions
Including the ones with awkward answers.
The product
Software for managing digital screens. You upload content, arrange it, schedule it and publish it to screens you own — from a browser, across one site or many.
Neither. ScreenQube is the software layer. You own the screens; you decide what plays on them.
The player is an Android application. See Download.
Limits are attached to features on your plan, and plans are built by your partner. There is no fixed ScreenQube limit to quote you.
Yes. Facilities are a first-class concept — screens are grouped by location, with a facility switcher in the console header and a default per user.
Buying it
There is no ScreenQube price list. Partners build their own plans and set their own prices and currency, so the answer comes from the partner covering your region. See how pricing works.
A free trial is available. Its length is set per plan by the partner, so we do not state one.
Yes — there is a Cancel Subscription action on your plan.
Because the partner does the parts software cannot: onboarding, training, and knowing your sector. The platform is multi-tenant so partners can run their own catalogue, pricing and branding on it.
Running it
Live Monitoring, and a Total Disconnected Screens count on the dashboard. You can also ask a screen for a screenshot of what it is currently displaying.
Yes. QuickPlay pushes content immediately, ahead of the schedule — the console describes it as being for flash sales and emergencies.
Users belong to groups, and features on your plan can carry access limits. Audits log created, updated and deleted actions against the user who made them.
The player caches its content, and the console can clear that cache. Ask for offline behaviour to be demonstrated on your own network.
Not yet — there is no in-app help section. Support and your partner are the routes that exist today.
What it does not do
Published because finding these out during a trial wastes more of your time than ours.
Android only. Recorded by QA, not softened here.
Menu prices are edited in the console. There is no till integration in the evidence we have.
Groups and users exist; SSO does not.
An Uptime Report exists in the product. A percentage from us does not, until one is measured and dated.
