Promotions and offers

Live on the morning
it starts.

A campaign has two deadlines and most estates miss both. Publish carries a schedule, so the offer appears when it is signed off and disappears when it expires — in every store you selected.

Plans, prices and trials are set by your ScreenQube partner.

A promotional screen offering two for one in the bakery for members, with dates and a scan prompt.

Where it ends up

You work in a browser.
They see the wall.

The screen above is what you publish. This is where it ends up.

A tall free-standing screen beside a shop entrance in a shopping centre advertising a weekend sale.
A screen beside a shop entrance. You work in a browser. This is the other end of it — a display a customer stands in front of, driven by a player that fetched its content on its own.

How it is made

What is actually behind it.

Named against the product's own modules rather than invented for a marketing page.

  1. Creative in the library

Campaign artwork lives in folders, per campaign, and is reused rather than re-sent.

  2. Arranged in Composition

The order, the duration and what plays between are decided once.

  3. Scheduled by Publish

A start and an end, so nobody has to remember to take it down.

  4. Proved by Reports

Reports cover media, uptime and the audit log — what ran, and how long each screen was up.

What you get

Six things it does today.

A start and an end

Publish carries the schedule, so a lapsed offer is not still on a wall.

Regional and per-site campaigns

Publish targets the facilities you choose and nowhere else.

Scan codes on the creative

A code carries someone from the aisle to the page, as part of the artwork.

Playback reporting

What ran, and where — separately from who changed what.

Campaign folders

The library scales past a week's worth of files.

Local teams, within their reach

Groups decide who can publish, and facilities decide where it lands.

Who runs this

The industries that ask for it.

Questions

The things people actually ask.

Can an offer come down on its own?

Publish sends a composition to the screens you choose on the schedule you set.

Can head office and a store both publish?

Users belong to groups, and groups decide what a person can reach.

Can we prove the campaign played?

Reports run in three kinds: a Media Report, an Uptime Report and Audit Logs.

Can pricing be pulled from a product feed?

No feed integration has been observed in the console. Creative is published as media.
