Real estate

A window that changes
when the price does.

An estate agent's window is the highest-traffic screen the business owns, and it is usually paper in a frame. Publish the listings instead — and change one price without reprinting twelve cards.

Plans, prices and trials are set by your ScreenQube partner.

Where it ends up

You work in a browser.
They see the wall.

The screen above is what you publish. This is where it ends up — a display a customer stands in front of, driven by a player that fetched it on its own.

What goes on the screens

Six things worth putting up.

Every one of these is ordinary media, arranged in Composition and sent out by Publish. Nothing here needs a separate system.

Property listings

Photographs, price and detail, arranged in Composition and published to the window.

Price changes and status

New, under offer, let agreed — changed the moment it is true.

Walkthrough loops

Short silent video does more in a window than a still ever will.

Area and development information

Site offices, show homes and phase information.

Scan for the full listing

A code carries someone from the pavement to the property page.

Open house and viewing days

Published on a schedule, with an end date that arrives on its own.

Where the screens go

Four walls that earn it.

  1. The window

Out-of-hours reach, at the branch's own address — the reason the office is there.

  2. Reception and waiting area

Longer content for people who are already inside.

  3. Site offices and show homes

    Phase plans, specifications and availability.

  4. Developer sales suites

The presentation wall, changed by the sales team themselves.

How it is run

Four steps, then it runs itself.

The same four steps whether you have four screens or four hundred. This is the real console, not an illustration.

  1. Add facilities, pair screens

One facility per site, branch or building. A screen joins by showing a registration code, which you type in once. Switch between facilities from the header.

  2. Upload and compose

Media goes into the library, in folders, with tags. Composition arranges it into zones — your own files, plus App Store apps like weather, news or a ticker.

  3. Publish three ways

On a schedule, with day sequences. Or QuickPlay, which the console describes as displaying content instantly for a flash sale or an emergency. Or as the default composition a screen falls back to.

  4. Check it, without going there

Live Monitoring reports each screen's state. Take Screenshot shows what one is really displaying. Reload, clear the cache or reboot it remotely.

What it fixes

The three complaints we actually hear.

Reprinting window cards costs more than the price change.
The window is a composition. Change it and publish.
Branches show properties that sold last week.
Publish targets the facilities you choose, and Reports cover what played.
The window screen is off and nobody in the office noticed.
Total Disconnected Screens is a headline tile on the dashboard.

Questions

What real estate teams ask first.

Can listings come from our CRM automatically?

No CRM or listing-feed integration has been observed in the console. Listings are published as media through Composition.

Can each branch run its own window?

Yes. Each branch is a facility with its own screens.

Can we run portrait screens in the window?

Yes — media is arranged for the screen it is going to.

What hardware do we need?

Displays you own that run Android, plus the player app.
