Partners · White-label

Your brand on the front.
Our platform behind it.

The multi-tenant architecture exists for partners. A partner gets their own sub-domain and logo, builds their own plan catalogue, sets their own prices and currency, and can enter a client’s console to support it.

What carries your brand

Yours, where it counts.

Your sub-domain

Partners are configured with their own sub-domain, so clients arrive at an address that is yours.

Your logo

Set at partner level — and again per organisation, so a client can carry their own mark inside your platform.

Your plans and prices

You build the catalogue: plan name, category, description, included features, billing period, currency, price, and an optional strike-through compare price.

Your billing relationship

Plans reconcile with Stripe in the background, so the billing plumbing is not something you build.

The part nobody advertises

You can go in and look.

Supporting signage remotely usually means asking a client to describe what they are seeing. It does not have to.

Impersonate a client console

A dedicated action on your Organizations table. You see what they see, rather than a description of it over the phone.

A shared media repository

Media held at partner level, available across the organisations you run.

An approvals queue

Organisations apply, you approve or reject. The front door is part of the product rather than a form in your inbox.

How packaging really works

Limits attach to features, not tiers.

This is the mechanic that makes a partner catalogue more than three columns on a pricing page.

  1. Define a feature

    The unit of your catalogue.

  2. Attach an access rule

An optional limit applied whenever that feature is on a plan — screens, storage or users.

  3. Bundle features into a plan

Standard or Enterprise, monthly or yearly or both, in your currency.

  4. Sync with Stripe

Plans become products, reconciled in the background.

Questions

The things people actually ask.

Can clients tell it is ScreenQube?

The sub-domain, the partner logo and the per-organisation logo are all configurable. Ask for it to be shown and we will walk you through how far the branding goes.

Do I set my own prices, or resell yours?

You set your own. Currency, monthly price, an optional compare price and the billing period are all fields on your plan, per plan.

Can I offer a free trial?

Yes, it is a toggle on the plan. The length is currently uncapped in the product and is expected to be limited — we do not state a number.

What about the player — is that branded too?

Ask us about player branding. Device profiles carry a logo field, which is the closest evidenced equivalent.
