Dashboards on screens

Numbers on the wall,
not in an inbox.

Every team wants its numbers on a screen. Published as artwork on a schedule, that works today. Pulling them live from a BI tool is a different capability, and it is not one we can evidence.

Plans, prices and trials are set by your ScreenQube partner.

A sales dashboard screen with tiles for closed revenue, pipeline, win rate and new logos, over a weekly chart.

Where it ends up

You work in a browser.
They see the wall.

The screen above is what you publish. This is where it ends up.

Two screens on an office pillar showing a company update and quarterly progress, with an open plan floor behind.
Screens above the desks in a control room. You work in a browser. This is the other end of it — a display a customer stands in front of, driven by a player that fetched its content on its own.

How it is made

What is actually behind it.

Named against the product's own modules rather than invented for a marketing page.

  1. Numbers become artwork

The figures are exported and published as media, on whatever cadence you choose.

  2. Scheduled refreshes

Publish carries the schedule, so a daily board is a schedule and not a chore.

  3. Per team, per floor

Publish targets the screens that should carry that team's numbers.

  4. Monitored

A dark dashboard is counted on the console dashboard.

Questions

The things people actually ask.

Can it embed a live Power BI or Grafana dashboard?

There is no named connector for either. There is an app that embeds a web page, so a dashboard you can expose at a URL without a login will display. One that demands an authenticated session will not.

Can it show a PowerPoint or an Excel sheet?

Yes — the console embeds Office documents through Microsoft's own viewer.

And if neither of those works for our tool?

Export the chart and publish it as media on a schedule. Less clever, and it always works.

Can different teams show different numbers?

Yes. Publish targets the screens you choose, and groups decide who can publish.

What runs on the screens?

An Android player app on displays you own.
