Create Schedule Display

Every screen. One place. Anywhere.

Menus, adverts and announcements โ€” scheduled once, playing everywhere, run from a browser.

  • Your existing Android screens
  • Run from a browser

The console that drives them.

The ScreenQube dashboard, with the console navigation and tiles counting facilities, storage, active screens and disconnected screens.
An arrivals board listing train times and platforms above a busy station concourse.
Railway stations โ€” live arrivals and departures
Three digital menu boards above a drinks counter, showing the drinks on sale.
Restaurants โ€” digital menu boards
An illuminated gate and wayfinding board over an airport concourse.
Airports โ€” gate and wayfinding boards
A tall LED screen in a mall atrium running a sale advertisement beside an escalator.
Shopping malls โ€” promotions and wayfinding

What it does

Retire the USB stick.

Content lives in one library. Schedules run themselves. Every screen reports back โ€” so you find out a display is dark before your customer does.

Runs on the screens you already have

A player app installs on your existing Android displays and pulls content down on its own. Android only โ€”

Schedule ahead

Decide what plays, where, and when. Screens follow automatically.

See every screen live

Live Monitoring counts what is active and what is disconnected, and puts both on the dashboard rather than behind a report.

Every change is on record

Audits logs what was created, updated and deleted, and by whom. Reports cover playback and usage separately.

A look inside

The console your team lives in.

Eleven seconds through the console that runs it.

  1. 1 Facilities โ€” every site you run
  2. 2 Screens, paired and grouped
  3. 3 The App Store โ€” weather, YouTube, tickers, documents
  4. 4 Reports โ€” media played and uptime

Where it ends up

You work in a browser.
They see the wall.

Group screens into facilities, schedule from the browser, and let the players fetch it themselves. This is what your customers actually stand in front of.

The ScreenQube console open on a laptop, showing the Facilities list.

See it running

Menu boards, changing themselves.

Three boards over a counter, cycling the drinks that are actually on today. Changed from a laptop, not from a stepladder.

Cafรฉ menu boards, Bangkok Self-hosted. No embed, no cookies, no data leaves this origin.

The platform

Three tiers, three consoles.

ScreenQube runs the platform. Partners package and sell it. Organisations operate their own screens.

The Super Admin dashboard, counting total partners, organisations and active screens.

1 console, every partner on it

A partner dashboard, counting organisations, active screens and disconnected screens.

Your partner

Builds features and plans, sets prices, onboards clients.

1 console, every client they sell to

Organization

Your team

Facilities, screens, media, publishing and reports.

1 console, however many sites

Getting content out

Three steps to the wall.

Connect your screens

Register a screen against a facility. The player shows a code on the screen itself; you enter it in the console and it starts fetching.

  • One facility per site, branch or building
  • Pairing by registration code โ€” no password typed on a TV
  • Switch facility from the console header

Build what plays

Media goes into the library in folders. Composition arranges it into zones โ€” your own content beside a live app like weather, news or a ticker.

  • One library, reused across every facility
  • Zones for video, images, text and apps
  • Save a layout as a template and duplicate it

Publish and watch it

Choose the screens and the schedule, or use QuickPlay to interrupt everything now. Live Monitoring answers the only question that matters on a Monday: is it all playing?

  • Schedule, QuickPlay or a default composition
  • Live Monitoring, with a disconnected count
  • Ask a screen for a screenshot of what it is showing

How pricing works

Your plan comes from your partner.

ScreenQube is sold through partners, each building its own plans in its own currency. There is no single price list here, and we will not invent one.

Standard

A packaged plan, ready to subscribe to.

Your partner picks the features, sets the price and turns on a free trial if they offer one. You subscribe, and the workspace unlocks.

  • Billed monthly, yearly, or both
  • Free trial, when the plan includes one
  • Cancel from your own console

Enterprise

A plan built around what you actually run.

The same machinery, negotiated. Features carry access rules โ€” a limit on screens, storage or users โ€” so a plan is shaped to a fleet rather than sold in fixed sizes.

  • Limits set per feature, not per tier
  • Terms agreed with your partner
  • Billing reconciled through Stripe

Questions

The things people actually ask.

Will it work with the screens I already have?

If your display runs Android, yes โ€” the player is an Android app that installs on screens you already own.

If your screens are driven by iPads or Apple TV, this is not the right product today.

Who do I actually buy from?

A ScreenQube partner. They assemble the plan, set the price and currency, and are who you deal with. ScreenQube builds and runs the platform underneath.

What can I put on a screen?

Images, video, menus, announcements and live information. Files live in the Media Library; Composition arranges them into what plays; Apps adds live content such as weather.

Can I see what is playing right now?

Yes. Live Monitoring reports each screen's state, and the dashboard carries active and disconnected counts side by side โ€” a dark screen is a headline number, not something you have to go looking for.

Who in my team can change what?

Users belong to groups, and Audits records every create, update and delete against the person who made it.

Can I cancel?

Yes โ€” Cancel Subscription sits in your own console, under Subscription, alongside your billing details and a comparison of the other plans your partner offers.

How many screens can I run?

Limits are attached to features on your plan, and plans are built by your partner. There is no fixed ScreenQube limit to quote you.

Can I run several sites from one account?

Yes. Facilities are a first-class concept โ€” screens are grouped by location, with a facility switcher in the console header and a default per user.

Does it work offline?

The player caches its content, and the console can clear that cache. Ask for offline behaviour to be demonstrated on your own network.

Put it on every screen.
