    Video is media: it goes in the library, into a composition, and out through Publish.

  2. A live stream is different

    It needs a live source, a player that consumes it, and a way to start and stop it across an estate.

  3. None of that has been observed

    No streaming app, source or scheduler appears in the console as we have seen it.

Can we stream a town hall to every office?

If it is streamed on YouTube, yes — the YouTube app plays it on the screens you publish it to. If it has to stay off the public internet, no: there is no RTMP or HLS ingest.

Can we play the recording afterwards?

Yes. Video is media — publish it to the screens you choose on the schedule you set.

Can it play a YouTube or web URL?

Both. There is a YouTube app and a web-URL app, and Office documents embed through Microsoft's viewer.

What runs on the screens?

An Android player app on displays you own.
