Our services.

What is delivered alongside the software, and by whom.

No service catalogue has been agreed. ScreenQube is sold and supported through partners, and what each partner delivers โ€” installation, content design, training, managed operation โ€” is set by that partner, not by us. Publishing a services list before those terms exist would commit somebody else's business to work they never quoted for.

What is true today

ScreenQube is a multi-tenant platform. Your account is created under a partner, the plan and its price are built by that partner, and your first line of support is that partner. That structure is real and observable in the product โ€” it is the reason this page cannot list a rate for installation.

  • The software is ScreenQube: the console, the apps and the Android player
  • The commercial relationship is with your partner, who sets the plan and price
  • The first line of support is that partner
  • What each partner charges, and what they include, is not published by us

What this page will cover, once it can

  • Onboarding โ€” who configures the first screens, and how long it takes
  • Installation and mounting โ€” whether it is offered, and in which territories
  • Content and template design โ€” whether it is a service or a self-serve tool
  • Training โ€” format, audience and whether it is chargeable
  • Managed operation โ€” who schedules content if you would rather not
  • Response times, and what is promised against what is best-effort
  • Escalation โ€” the route past your partner, and when it applies

Whether a private installation is offered has not been established โ€” the same open question that governs on-premise deployment.

What you can do now

If you need scoped services with a price against them, the fastest route is a conversation, not this page. Tell us the estate โ€” how many screens, how many sites, who will operate them โ€” and you will be routed to the partner who covers your territory.
